Appearance: A black-bladed knife with black, red, and white roses engraved in the handle. It is about the size of a regular kitchen knife, but the blade is thicker. It is also lightweight and easy to handle.
History: Rose Thorn was Claire's only possession when she woke up from a comatose state. Unknown to her, Rose Thorn was created by her mother. Based off of the symbol of her family, the handle was engraved with roses. Each color stood for what Claire's mother had experienced; Black for hatred and darkness, white for happiness and light, and red for love and bloodshed. She also enchanted the knife, enabling it to turn into a sword. In her hands, the weapon saw much sorrow and battle.
Before she died, Claire's mother passed Rose Thorn onto her daughter. She felt that Claire would experience what she had, no matter how much she wished her daughter wouldn't. Claire wasn't supposed to be given Rose Thorn until she turned thirteen, but when her mother was murdered, Claire took it right away, even though she was ten at the time. It stayed in Claire's possession from then on, even when she fell into Abyss. When Claire woke up in a small town, however, she did not remember anything of her weapon. She found its name carved on the side of it in very small script after examining it. Since then, she has used it to defend herself while living on the streets and traveling to different towns.
